Best Edited Photos
Here are my personal favorites of my edits.
Bugs Eye View
I took this photo my crouching down and angling my phone upwards so I could get a photo of Audrey from a different perspective. I made the photo black and white, added shadows, and made a mask that was blue and had noise to make an aura around her.
Rule of Thirds
I took this by making sure my foot was in the right third and then taking the photo from above. I made it black and white, sharpened the photo, and made the whites brighter.
Leading Lines
I took this photo by putting my phone on the track and angling it so it looks like an endless line. I made this photo black and white, I added noise to the background so it looks like it's fading out, and then a masked the track and made it brighter.
Diagonals
I angled my phone upwards and tilted it sideways so the line looks diagonal. I made the photo black and white, added noise in between the gaps of the lines, and made the lines brighter.
Frame within a Frame
I took a photo of Audrey's phone taking a picture of the surroundings, she took a picture of that, and I took a picture of her phone so we can see the different frames. I first tried to get rid of the reflection in the photo by making it darker, and then I added noise to the background and brightened it.
Birds Eye View
I took a photo of the tree by angling my photo downwards and making sure my phone was in the tree's creases. I added noise to the background and sharpened the tree. I also made it black and white.
Closeup
I angled my phone right up to the water fountain and closing up on the water. I added shadows and noise to the background, and then made the water brightened and I added contrast.
Filling up the Frame
I put my phone right next to the flowers and took a photo of it when it completely filled up the frame. I saturated the photo, added shadows and highlights, used exposure, contrast, and noise.
I chose these as my best photos because I feel the criteria the best and I really like the way I edited them. This project taught me how to edit photos using Lightroom, create a Contact Sheet and look for different composition techniques while shooting.
