Project 4 allowed us to use different types of contrast -- scale, value, texture, color, and shape -- and the three types of symmetry to create different and new photos.

Cyanotypes are photographic blueprints. They have a darker outer and visible brush mark and are sometime made by using a negative, which needs to be the same size of the print. The chemicals is painted on which creates that imperfect edges and are printed with ultraviolet light. To make a cyanotype, you soak paper of other fabrics in the chemical solution and expose to film.
